Our Staff Development Programme
From the moment someone walks through the door on their first day, our desire is to equip every team member with all the necessary skills and knowledge to help them reach their potential and carry out their roles to the highest standard.
We feel the most effective way of learning is through a combination of onsite one to one and group sessions, e-learning programs and workshops led by sector-leading external specialists. All our development programs are evaluated and updated to ensure we are at the forefront of dementia care training.
Training offered includes:
- Full induction training, including our Osborne Values
- Care training, including Mental Capacity Act
- Dementia care qualifications
- Strategic leadership
- QCF Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care

We don’t necessarily require any prior experience as we will mentor and train you as part of your induction. We use a buddy system that ensures you are confident and proficient in your job role.
