At Osborne House we recognise the pivotal role our dedicated staff play in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Together as Family Osborne we make certain our residents enjoy life as fully as possible. Below is a selection of those amazing family members.
Michelle Butler
Manager
Working in care is a passion for me. I enjoy getting to know people and learning their history. Laughter is always a part of my day with residents. I am passionate about delivering person centred care and enriching the lives of the lovely people I am privileged to take care of.
Lorraine Holly
Administrator
I have been part of Osborne Care Homes as an Administrator since January 2020. I feel that every job has its merits but there is something extra special about working at Osborne Care Homes. Mike and Josh Slator are two of the most caring and nicest people I have met and worked with, and they make a huge difference. I really like my job and it is so lovely coming to work every day because I know our staff are dedicated to our residents. It is a joy to see them each day!
Zoe Squires
Activities Coordinator
I was first introduced to care when I was 10 as my mum would take me into work with her and I would sit, chat and tell jokes with the residents. I then went on to entertain them, this led me to my first job in care. I loved seeing all their pictures and learning about their lives. I think that is why I love my job because I get to be around such amazing people! They become your family and that is what care is about, helping someone as you would want your family member to be supported.
